Once provisioned in our Burbank–LA cage, receive dedicated SSH/VPN access and run your AI training, fine-tuning, or inference workloads 24/7.
Ownership Transfer
At schedule completion (or earlier via buyout formula), legal title of that exact serial-tracked DGX Spark unit transfers to you. Ship home or keep hosting.

What’s Included in the Lease

Included in Base Monthly Lease
- Dedicated DGX Spark unit: Assigned, serial-tracked hardware dedicated to your workloads throughout the term.
- Burbank–LA Colo Rack & Power: Enterprise rack space, climate control, and baseline clean power covered.
- Base 1 GbE Network Access: Direct internet uplink with public/private network handoff.
- Remote Management & Power Cycle: Switched PDU remote power reboot and basic remote hands coordination.
Not Included (v1 Scope)
- 200GbE / 400GbE fabric clustering: Nodes operate independently or via standard multi-node IP; InfiniBand fabric not provided in v1.
- Managed MLOps / Model Hosting SaaS: You have full root/SSH access to run your OS and software stack. We manage physical infrastructure.
- Legal or Tax Advisory: Depreciation and lease capitalization accounting are the customer’s responsibility with their CPA.
- Home or Office Relocation during term: The unit remains securely bolted in the Burbank–LA data center until title transfer.
